Quantity Surveyor Reporting Line Office Manager / General Manager Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and the successful commercial delivery of works. The role involves managing contractual relationships between all parties involved in a project. Quantity Surveyors are required to be highly numerate, organised, and commercially aware, with strong negotiation skills and a sound understanding of building legislation, construction methods, materials, and design.
