We are recruiting for a fitness management role in Worcester for the nation's largest chain, who have gyms all over the UK.

Responsibilities
* People Management – Manage, inspire and lead an Assistant Manager and a team of Personal Trainers.
* Brand & Operations Management – Ensure the club meets required standards and processes while keeping members engaged.
* Product – Maintain ownership of the training area, encouraging a passion for fitness among staff and members.
* Commercial – Raise the club’s local profile via testing and events, drive new memberships and other commercial opportunities such as personal training.
Qualifications
* Background in fitness management – e.g., Multi‑site General Manager, Club Manager, Fitness Manager, Deputy/Assistant Manager or Sales Manager.
* Personal Trainer qualification (Level 3 preferred; Level 2 acceptable) – or comparable transferable experience.
* High energy, personality and ambition for the fitness industry.
Career Progression
The role can develop significantly, with progression to a large regional manager or cluster manager position.
