About The Role The Sales Development Representative role is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to build a career in sales alongside a thriving global organization. We have ambitious growth plans and invite you to grow with us. Sales Development is a critical component of the sales organisation at Learning Pool. As a true hunter, you will use a market leading tech stack to open new sales conversations and create sales opportunities for our Account Executives. We are looking for people who are positive, confident, comfortable being uncomfortable, and results oriented. You will be resilient and comfortable talking to strangers, instigating sales conversations and building our sales pipeline. Commission is uncapped in this role so earning potential is truly based on results. On target earnings for this position is £40,000 per annum (base salary plus commission). Confidently reaching out to new prospects and starting meaningful sales conversations. Working closely with Account Executives by qualifying and booking discovery calls for them. Working closely with Sales and Marketing to provide feedback from the market. Supporting pipeline progression and prospect nurturing when needed. Consistently working towards (and exceeding) activity and revenue-based targets. Who we Are Looking For The successful candidate will demonstrate: Experience / Qualification: You will have previous experience building relationships with customers and building pipeline. Service orientation: You will have previous experience with customer facing work, this could include anything from hospitality to customer support Technically literate: You will be comfortable using technology tools to access, manage and communicate information. Communications: You will have exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as organisational and presentation skills (phone and email).
