What will the role of Junior Sous Chef involve?
* Delivering high standards, including food hygiene and health and safety standards
* Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specification
* Working on your own section and as part of a team
As a Junior Sous Chef you will need to have :
* Experience of working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
