Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join us on a part time basis delivering on our After School Club programme. As an After School Club Football Coach at Skills Academy, you will be responsible for delivering fun, engaging, and structured sessions to children of all skill levels. You will help create a positive environment that encourages skill and social development through physical activity. Whether you are at the beginning of your journey and looking to develop your skillset or an experienced coach looking to take on a few extra sessions, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities
* Session Delivery - Plan and deliver Football coaching sessions for children ensuring each session is engaging, educational and inclusive for all abilities.
* Skill Development - Provide tailored coaching to help participants develop their physical, technical, social and mental skills through Football.
* Collaboration - Collaborate and communicate effectively with all staff members to plan, co-ordinate and deliver high quality sessions.
* Record Keeping - Keep accurate records of attendance, progress and any incidents that occur before, during or after sessions.
* Continuous Learning - Take part in ongoing CPD to develop personal knowledge and understanding, whilst maintaining up to date coaching, safeguarding and first aid qualifications.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of football and/or a variety of other sports - demonstrating understanding of the skills and techniques required.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage children.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in planning sessions.
* FA Level One in Coaching Football (or equivalent), First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications are essential. (or working towards).
* Driving licence and access to car.
* A passion for sports and commitment to fostering a positive sporting environment for all participants.

Pay: £12.50-£20.00 per hour
