Role Description Join Our Team as a Support Worker Location : Tadley, Hampshire Salary: £12.60 per hour (£24,570 per annum) plus benefits. Sleep-ins are compulsory and are paid at an additional £50 per sleep. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis). Contract: Full-time, permanent. Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is essential in this role. Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. As we are growing, we are looking to strengthen our support worker family, to share in future successes and fulfil and empower lives. The people we support all need a helping hand with all aspects of daily living, from personal care and making sure nutritional needs are met. Being physically fit is key, as some of the people we support are wheelchair users and also use hoists to support mobility. The people we support are a very active and passionate group who spend a lot of time getting out and about and engaging within the local community. Some of the activities they love include, music therapy, arts and crafts, swimming and spending time in the accessible garden.
