Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Principal Consultant to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced development consultant or chartered surveyor looking to take on greater client responsibility, contribute to business development, and play a key role in delivering high-profile regeneration and development projects.

THE HEADLINES

Title: Principal Consultant

Experience: MRICS qualified with 6+ years' experience

Salary: £50,000+ plus bonuses

Location: Central London (Farringdon)

🔎 WHO THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• MRICS qualified Surveyor
• Background in development consultancy, regeneration, viability or development economics
• Experience managing client relationships and leading projects
• Strong financial modelling and development appraisal skills
• Working knowledge of Argus Developer
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members
• Ambitious, proactive and collaborative individual
