Job Description
This Mechanical/Industrial Engineer will:
1. Troubleshoot and repair textile machinery and systems
2. Design and install new equipment and automation
3. Create CAD drawings and documentation for repairs and improvements
4. Support two maintenance departments across two plants
5. Operate and monitor boilers, effluent systems, and wells
6. Ensure environmental and ISO compliance
7. Identify and implement energy-saving opportunities
8. Maintain SOPs and technical documentation

The Successful Applicant
A successful Mechanical/Industrial Engineer should have:
9. Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
10. 3+ years in manufacturing (textiles, plastics, or heavy machinery preferred)
11. Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Excel
12. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and documentation skills
13. Knowledge of ISO standards; LEAN/Six Sigma a plus
14. Excellent communication and planning abilities
15. Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to innovate
