£28,000–£32,000 + approx. £5,000 commission (based on % of sales margin)

Just Shutters is expanding, and we are launching a new employed role that mirrors the responsibilities of a franchisee, with the unique opportunity to transition into owning the Winchester/Basingstoke & Thames Valley franchise after 12–18 months.
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused individual with strong sales ability and solid practical skills to deliver the full Just Shutters service from enquiry to installation.
About the Role
As a Franchise Development Representative, you will manage all aspects of the customer journey, including:
Sales & Customer Experience (Key Priority)
1. Visiting customers in their homes to present the Just Shutters brand and product range
2. Building rapport, identifying customer needs, and confidently closing sales
3. Preparing quotations and actively following up to convert opportunities
