My client that specialises in the Fleet Management Solutions Industry is looking for a hungry Telesales Representative to join their well-established company. The role of the Telesales Representative will be to make a minimum of 35 professional calls a day to generate new sales leads so having exceptional interpersonal skills is a must! In addition, the Telesales Representative will be supporting the field sales team so having the ability to form strong working relationships is essential. The ideal Telesales Representative will have the ability to learn on the job and have a thorough understanding of the products and the benefits it offers. Telesales representative package: * £30,000 - £35,000 base salary * Commission (OTE £45,000) * Other company benefits Telesales representative responsibilities: * Make a minimum of 35 calls a day to generate new sales leads * Support field team to generate new prospect interest * Ability to perform telephone web-based demonstrations of the product and its benefits * Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with other sales departments * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems as introduced by the business Telesales representative requirements: * Good IT skills including Office 365 * Ability to form strong working relationships * Must be a result driven individual * Must be able to learn and have thorough knowledge of the products and benefits it offers * Excellent interpersonal skills * 1 Years office-based experience or telesales experience is preferred but not essential!
