Admin Assistant
We are Key, an organisation that supports disabled people of all ages to make everyday matter.
We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team in Sauchie, working up to 8 hours per week on a temporary basis. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our services.
About The Role
As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting our managers and frontline teams by providing high-quality administrative support. You’ll be based in our Sauchie office and will often be the first point of contact for people we support, their families, support workers and other professionals.
You’ll need to be confident using Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage a varied workload with flexibility and attention to detail.
