The Role
As a Project Support Officer, you will play an integral part in supporting the delivery of key projects by managing document control, coordinating reporting processes, and supporting team communications. Your daily activities will include maintaining SharePoint and Teams sites, producing progress reports, and tracking actions from meetings to ensure seamless project flow.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Proven experience supporting project delivery, preferably in a project management/delivery environment
Extensive skills in document control, setting up and managing SharePoint and Teams platforms
Competence in coordinating reporting templates and managing stakeholder communication
A good understanding of risk management, scheduling, and decision-recording processes
Strong organisational skills combined with the ability to work independently and proactively
