What you'll be doing
Manage the performance of 3 to 5 Travel Money shops in your area. Lead by example, engage with customers, promote travel money products, set targets, monitor performance, and coach your team. Follow procedures to minimize risk, ensure compliance, and build relationships with colleagues. Develop marketing ideas and report performance to the Area Manager. Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and experience in foreign exchange, travel, or banking are preferred.

Proactive, resilient, and customer-focused. Experienced in foreign exchange, travel, or banking environments. Skilled in team management, target setting, performance monitoring, and coaching. Organized, efficient, and compliant with policies. Excellent communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills.
