Construction Disputes Lawyer. 6-12 month FTC. Top 50 Firm. 2+ PQE.
Our client is a Top 50 firm in London seeking to hire a construction disputes lawyer for a contract of 6-12 months, with potential to become a permanent position. Due to the required start date, successful lawyers must be available immediately or at short notice.
The team acts for a range of public and private sector clients, including local authorities, NHS trusts, education colleges, funders, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
The successful candidate can expect to be involved in adjudication, litigation, and arbitration, advising on disputes related to industry-standard contracts such as JCT, NEC, etc.
Candidates should be qualified in England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g., Australia, New Zealand), with over 2 years’ PQE in construction disputes. Experience at a leading City, international, or top-tier regional firm is highly desirable.
Due to the start date, candidates must be available immediately or on short notice.
