Job Title: Contracts Manager - Working for a Drylining, Suspended Ceilings and Partitions Subcontractor Location: Sheffield Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Package (Client open to Freelance) Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Drylining, Suspended Ceilings, and SFS systems to join our team. This role will focus on overseeing and managing projects across the Yorkshire region, with the majority of work being office-based. On-site presence will be minimal, allowing you to focus on contract oversight, coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Key Requirements: SMSTS or SSSTS certification (preferred but not always essential). A background in quantity surveying or commercial management is a plus. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, MS Project, etc.).
