Wholesale Customer Service Representative
This is a critical role within our commercial operations team, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual to deliver exceptional service to wholesale customers.
The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration or wholesale support within the fashion, retail or lifestyle sector. They will also have previous exposure to international B2B customer accounts and be skilled in working with sales, warehouse and logistics teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Accurately inputting customer orders into the internal system to ensure error-free processing.
* Supporting the allocation of customer orders in line with stock availability and business priorities.
* Maintaining clear communication with the warehouse to ensure timely order processing, packing and shipment preparation.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration or wholesale support within the fashion, retail or lifestyle sector.
- Previous exposure to international B2B customer accounts and working with sales, warehouse and logistics teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry and communication via email/CRM.
