Brand Events Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000£40,000 + excellent benefits
My client is a creative London-based events caterer producing bold, memorable experiences for some of the worlds best-known brands. From immersive product launches and stylish brand activations to high energy corporate parties, they deliver end-to-end events that people actually talk about afterwards.
Were looking for a Brand Events Manager to join there growing team, someone who loves turning ideas into unforgettable live experiences.
The Role
This is a hands-on, highly creative role managing the full lifecycle of brand events. Youll work closely with clients, creatives, chefs and production teams, mixologists to bring concepts to life.
Youll typically manage 13 events per week, each with its own style, audience and brief meaning no two weeks look the same.
What Youll Be Doing
-Managing events end-to-end from brief to delivery
-Developing creative concepts and proposals for brand experiences and activations
-Acting as the main client contact throughout planning and delivery
-Coordinating suppliers, production, catering and logistics
-Overseeing live event delivery on-site
-Working with the team to design immersive food & drink experiences
-Managing budgets, timelines and post-event reporting
What Were Looking For
-13+ years experience in an events caterer or project management/ brand activations/agency.
-Highly organised with strong project management skills
-A natural people person who thrives with clients and teams
-A highly creative thinker who loves building unique experiences
-Comfortable managing multiple events at once
-Happy being hands-on during live events
