Job Description Account Manager – IT Services \nLocation: Bradford / Hybrid\nPackage: £25,000 – £35,000 basic + up to 30% comms\n\nAn established and growing managed IT services provider in West Yorkshire is looking to appoint an Account Manager to support continued growth across the SME market.\n\nThis is a new business–led role, ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities. Candidates with an existing client base they can introduce will be strongly considered, though this is not essential.\n\nThe Role\n\nProactively identify and win new business across IT support, cloud, cyber security and managed services\nBuild and manage your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking and referrals\nMeet with prospective clients to understand requirements and present tailored solutions\nWork closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process\nDevelop long-term client relationships with a view to ongoing account growthWhat We’re Looking For\n\nPrevious experience in new business sales or account management, within IT or technology services\nA confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills\nAbility to generate new leads and manage the full sales cycle\nExisting customer relationships transferable to a new role would be advantageousWhat’s On
