3. Manage and oversee the financial operations within the accounting and finance department.
4. Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
6. Implement and monitor financial controls and processes.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective budgeting and forecasting.
8. Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Support the preparation of audit and taxation requirements.
10. Manage cash flow and oversee financial transactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim FM should have:
11. An ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualification
12. Solid experience in financial management within the charity sector
13. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
14. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
15. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
16. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
