Customer Service Administrator - Leeds Location: Leeds, LS27 Job Type: Permanent Salary - £26,150 We are looking for a highly versatile, professional, self-motivated and driven individual, who will be working as part of a small customer service team helping to support the smooth running of our Leeds site. Working within a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills. They must demonstrate flexibility with a hands-on approach and willingness to accept variety of tasks. The Company: Johnsons Hotel Linen, which specialises in supplying the corporate 4 star market and the budget hotel sector is seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Customer Service Administrator in a busy and challenging environment. The role will involve: Answering all incoming telephone calls and emails. Keying in customer requirements for deliveries. Arranging transportation of any necessary emergency deliveries. Assisting all visitors. Ensuring delivery paperwork is in place where appropriate. Outbound calling to customers. Resolving customer queries. Logging all customer contact. Ensure that there is excellent communication with the external service team. Keeping accurate records for customer requests and responding to queries in a timely manner. Develop comprehensive knowledge on the customer service system and the portal, providing both colleagues and customers with advice and support. Adhere to strictest confidentiality standards with regards all Company financial and salary matters. Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts. Take ownership of Customer issues, resolving and feeding back to the Customer. Ensure that you fully comply with the relevant Health & Safety legislation. Ensure your workspace is clean and tidy at all times and equipment is maintained, in good working order. To attend training courses as required. To foster and maintain good working relations throughout the Company. Other Ad hoc duties as required. The successful candidate will we be required to work 5 days per week, which will include Saturday working (No Sunday working). You must enjoy working as part of a team and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills gained within a customer service environment. Good numeracy and excel skills are a must for this role as are IT literacy in Word and Excel and an aptitude for learning new IT systems.
