The Opportunity
As we expand our global Adobe Enterprise remit, we are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our Digital Demand Marketing team. The role suits someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, is passionate about performance marketing, and can drive results through daily campaign management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be methodical, and confidently handle reporting and data analysis to uncover insights and identify quick wins to drive strong performance.
What You’ll Do
* Plan, implement, and optimise global Google Ads campaigns (brand and non-brand) to support Adobe Enterprise objectives.
* Collaborate with the Global Paid Search Lead to align strategy, share insights, and ensure consistent execution across regions.
* Analyse paid search data to identify trends and implement optimisations that improve campaign performance and maximise ROI.
* Own day-to-day management of Google accounts, including keyword research, ad copy testing, bid strategy, and budget pacing.
* Download and analyse campaign reports to identify actionable insights and quick wins to improve paid search performance.
* Partner with analysts to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
* Partner with SEO to ensure an aligned Paid and Organic Search Marketing Strategy.
* Flag issues proactively and provide optimisation recommendations to leadership.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to continuously improve performance.
* Support global campaign rollouts and localisation efforts with regional marketing teams.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Proven B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industries.
* Proven experience managing Google Ads at scale.
* Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals: keyword strategy, match types, bidding models, and audience targeting.
* Technical proficiency in campaign setup, tracking implementation (e.g., UTM parameters, conversion tracking), and troubleshooting.
* Hands-on experience with campaign optimisation and performance reporting (Google Ads Editor required; Adobe Analytics experience ideal).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional, global work.
* Analytical, data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
* Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented with good prioritisation and time management.
* Creative thinking and a passion for innovation and testing.
* Experience with enterprise-level marketing teams is a plus.
