This is an exciting opportunity for someone to grow and drive netball in the county, maintaining a shared, insight-driven plan aligned with our Adventure Strategy and purpose. The Netball Development Officer will empower and support our clubs, leagues, partners, volunteers, and workforce to deliver outstanding participation opportunities for members and participants, while seeking income generation and funding opportunities.
This role supports England Netball's Adventure Strategy and contributes to increasing participation in netball across all life stages, making it a game for life, providing extraordinary experiences, and building a thriving community within the sport.

Ideal Candidate:
* Passionate about sport and an ambassador for sports participation
* Committed to making a difference
* People-oriented and understanding
* Experienced working with volunteers/voluntary groups, coaches, and leaders
* Strong communicator and natural organiser
* Flexible and adaptable, open to change, sharing ideas, and embracing feedback for continuous improvement
* Confident administrator
* Willing to work some unsocial hours, including evenings and occasional weekends
* Possesses a full current driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
