Automotive Service Advisor Required in Guildford, Surrey
1. Salary: Up to £34k Basic DOE + Qualifications + £40k OTE and potential to earn much more!
2. Hours: 45 hours per week Monday – Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
We are currently working with a well-established National Motor Trade Dealer Group who have been operating in our local area for over 20 successful years and counting. They are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor / Automotive Service Receptionist to join their professional automotive aftersales team in Guildford, with at least 4 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or similar Automotive Service Environment. This is a crucial role to the success of the business and the service department, as such, the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in the local area:

Within this Service Advisor role, your typical duties will include:
9. Responding to Customer Enquiries
10. Booking in Services, MOTs, and Repairs
11. Advising customers of when their vehicle will be ready
12. Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed
13. Quoting and providing Estimates to Customers
Our client has a strong team with repeat business; you will be expected to have a professional approach with excellent customer service skills and be able to build great rapport with both customers and colleagues. You will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
