Temporary Facilities Assistant
Larbey Evans is partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a Temporary Facilities Assistant to join their London office on an initial 4-6 week basis.
* Salary to £22 per hour depending on experience
* Office based 5 days a week
* West-End based, very short walk from the tube station
Temporary Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities include:
* To be a first point of contact on all facilities related requests within the London office
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained
* Operation of the Building Management System
* Conducting office moves and changes ensuring all offices are set-up and prepared as required
* Ensure all stationery areas are stocked and always maintained
* Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services for the office
* Take a lead to ensure all Health & Safety signage and information is up to date
Temporary Facilities Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:
* 8+ years’ experience in a facilities role (ideally law firm)
* Ability to manage own workload
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Education to GSCE level (A – C in Maths and English or equivalent)
