What you’ll be doing… Leading the day-to-day operation across hospitality, conferencing, retail, and event delivery within the stadium. Ensuring exceptional standards of customer service and operational delivery across all business areas. Managing matchday, conference, banqueting, and retail operations to ensure seamless execution. Acting as the key operational link between the stadium events team and Elior, building strong and collaborative relationships. Driving commercial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, merchandising, and operational efficiencies. Monitoring operational performance and implementing improvements to exceed financial and service targets. Inspiring, developing, and leading a large and diverse team, creating a positive and high-performing culture. Overseeing recruitment, succession planning, training, and team development across the venue. Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and external partners. Ensuring innovative and high-quality food and hospitality presentation throughout the venue. Maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, COSHH, environmental policies, and company procedures. Taking ownership of operational risk management and ensuring a safe environment for customers, colleagues, and contractors.
