About the Role As After Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing aftersales department dedicated to delivering exceptional service to an international customer and dealer network. You will be responsible for elevating the customer experience, maximising commercial opportunities, and continuously improving aftersales processes that support the companys long-term growth strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll collaborate closely with operations, sales, marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customers receive fast, effective and professional support at all times. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a customer-first aftersales function, ensuring outstanding service delivery across all global interactions. Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities to drive departmental performance. Manage and streamline processes around technical support, spare parts, shipping, and dealer communications. Oversee warranty procedures, complaint handling and quality feedback, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong working relationships with dealers, shipping partners, and internal teams to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Produce clear monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on departmental performance. Represent the company at dealer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events, acting as a professional and knowledgeable ambassador. Support ongoing process improvements to enhance team performance and customer experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience within a busy aftersales environment, ideally in manufacturing, quarrying, recycling or related industries. Proven people manager with strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communicator with a customer-centric mindset and strong relationship-building ability. Analytical, organised and driven, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Proficient in MS Office and confident handling reporting and data analysis.
