So who is the ideal candidate?
* Demonstrable experience in brand management within FMCG
* Experience in new product development and managing packaging design projects from brief to final artwork
* Strong creative flair and a passion for brands and consumers
* Excellent knowledge of PR, social media
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
* A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Developing and executing strategic brand plans to achieve ambitious growth targets
* Leading new product launches and seasonal campaigns to maximise sales and distribution
* Managing packaging and design projects for both core and seasonal ranges
* Creating and executing creative communications plans within budget and reporting on ROI
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of brand initiatives
* Monitoring brand performance and taking proactive actions to capitalise on opportunities
