Team Leader - Inbound Call Centre

£23,500 (1-year fixed-term contract)
Job Description:
- Supervise an established and growing team of call handlers receiving inbound calls from tenants with housing maintenance requirements.
- Train, encourage, and motivate a team of up to 10 call handlers to meet call targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Lead by example and support the team, helping to grow the team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
- Own transport is required due to poor public transport; free parking is available.
