We’re looking for a highly experienced Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our lead generation engine.
This is a data‑driven, hands‑on role focused on funnels, experimentation, and measurable growth – not content or website management.
What you’ll own
* Analytics & Tracking: GA4, events, full-funnel visibility
* Funnel Optimization (CRO): Identify leaks, improve conversions
* Paid Acquisition: Google, LinkedIn, Meta — optimize CAC & lead quality
* Experimentation: Run A/B tests across pages, messaging, and flows
* Lead Growth: Increase qualified leads and build scalable systems
SaaS Experience (Required)
* Experience in B2B SaaS
* Strong understanding of funnels (visitor → demo/signup → revenue)
* Familiar with CAC, LTV, MQL → SQL, pipeline
* Experience working closely with sales & product teams
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years in growth / performance marketing
* Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline, or revenue
* Strong in analytics, paid campaigns, and A/B testing
* Thinks in funnels, experiments, and impact — not tasks
