Learning Support Advisor – SEN Primary Schools (Farnborough)
Location: Farnborough and surrounding area
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Advisors to join our team and support pupils within SEN Primary Schools across Farnborough. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about helping children with additional needs reach their full potential.
Role Overview
As a Learning Support Advisor, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs
* Assist in creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils with social, emotional, behavioural or learning needs
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals
* Help implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans
* Encourage independence, confidence and progress
We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (school or non-school settings welcomed)
* A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
* Passion for supporting pupils with diverse needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and a positive attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
