Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team, including performance development reviews, observations, and budget control.
Possess excellent teaching abilities, with the capacity to teach between (Apply online only) hours per annum, including occasional cover for cancelled classes.
Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to teach at other campuses as required and deputizing for the Group Curriculum Director as necessary.
