Charity Shop Assistant Manager– EbonFX
Salary:£9,854.76 per annum (full time equivalent of £24,636.93 per annum or £12.60 per hour)
Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible, including weekends and bank holidays)

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Team at the Exmouth shop. We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to work 2 days per week, closely alongside the Shop Manager. You will play a key role in leading the team, maximising sales and ensuring the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered.
* Providing cover for the Manager in their absence
* Supporting and guiding volunteers in the day‑to‑day running of the shop
* Stock control, sorting and rotation
* Displaying goods effectively, including creative displays and maintaining the shops appearance
* Sorting and preparing unsaleable items for recycling or waste
* Facilitating and processing Gift Aid
The Candidate
We are looking for someone who is self‑motivated and possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills. Previous experience in retail and/or a customer service environment is required, alongside good problem‑solving ability and a readiness to thrive in the ever‑changing challenge of charity retailing.
The Package
