As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our Human Resources team to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relation matters. You will be responsible for promoting positive working relationships, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with policies. Degree qualified or other relevant HR qualification Proven experience of ERA or similar, handling employee relations matters Good knowledge of employment law, regulations and standard HR policies and practices Good understanding of conflict resolution techniques and mediation skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to conduct thorough and objective investigations, maintaining confidentiality and integrity Excellent problem-solving skills to analyse employee relations issues and recommend Continuous learning mindset What You’ll Be Doing Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relation matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution and performance management Develop strategies for communication and conflict resolution Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and impartial handling of cases Collaborate with managers to address performance-related issues and co-develop corrective action plans Provide coaching and training to managers on effect employee relations practices Develop and deliver employee relations training programmes to enhance understanding and awareness among employees Support the implementation of disciplinary and absence procedures and processes, ensuring consistency and fairness Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations documentation and records What We Offer Join a global organisation with countless opportunities for growth and leadership.
