The Job Role:
o To manage, train and develop an enthusiastic team
o A General Manager to lead a busy hotel
o To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
o A General Manager to take full P&L responsibility
o Developing a high-performing and motivated team
The Requirements:
o A strong individual with an exceptional pub with accommodation or hotel background
o This role could suit an existing General Manager from pubs or restaurants or an Operations Manager from hotels
o Passionate individual who relishes developing their team, including apprentices
o A Self-starter with high quality service standards
