Patient Experience Coordinator | Spire Regency | Macclesfield | Full-time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week
Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield is currently looking for an experienced Coordinator to join their Governance team on a full-time and permanent basis.

As Patient Experience Coordinator, you will lead and drive improvements to the patient experience, utilising all information available within Spire. Monitor any changes made and ensure initiatives are trialled, reviewed and embedded.
You will also be supporting the Clinical Governance Lead in the distribution and liaison arrangements for information, including data input/cleansing analysis, presentation and report writing in order to support the administration of the clinical governance framework.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Be familiar with CQC regulations, to work with the governance team to maintain good outcomes for CQC inspections and develop plans to be Outstanding
2. Ensure that the views of patients and customers are used to guide and inform the provision of services through patient forums, engagement with patient representative groups, dissemination of feedback from questionnaires, complaints etc
3. Ensure that an overview of meeting outcomes and any concerns are discussed at the Clinical Governance Committee to ensure triangulation with clinical effectiveness information
4. Monitoring of hospital metrics against the Patient Experience and Engagement Framework including audits relating to patient experience and Complaints
5. Contribute to Patient Experience Lead Forums
6. To ensure lessons and trends from complaints and patient feedback are reviewed, discussed, analysed and acted upon
