About The Role
We have multiple exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our busy call centre based in Houghton‑le‑Spring. This is a target‑driven role where your efforts directly impact your earnings—ideal for individuals who are motivated, resilient, and eager to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
* Selling appliance warranty packages and services
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
* Following all company policies, processes, and compliance regulations
* Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (full time); part‑time hours to be confirmed
* Based at the Houghton‑le‑Spring office (non‑remote)
* Flexible working hours subject to change

* Previous proven experience in a contact‑centre sales role
* A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
* Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop quickly
* Reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach at all times
* Self‑motivated and driven by targets and bonuses
* Resilient—able to stay motivated even on the toughest days
* Basic computer skills, including competency in Excel
* Ability to follow sales processes and achieve KPIs
* Ability to travel to the Houghton‑le‑Spring office (non‑remote)
