Functional Business Analyst (8281) | Fixed Term Contract to 30.06.2026 | 37 hours per week | £36,124 to £37,938 per annum | (Grade I) | Wymondham, Norfolk
An exciting twelve-month opportunity with Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service as a Functional Business Analyst.
This role involves facilitating business change through analysis, process, and system improvements as part of the NFRS Transformation Programme. Responsibilities include supporting the delivery of a cross-organisational core business system and enhancing processes and continuous improvement models for wellbeing services.
Key skills required include stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, process mapping, requirements gathering, and developing reporting requirements. The role also involves recommending improvements to siloed working practices in business processes and data collection.
Familiarity with fire service metrics, functions, governance, and best practices in service and systems implementation is beneficial. The ability to suggest cost-neutral solutions to process and service issues is essential.
