We are seeking to appoint an Attendance & Welfare Officer who will work to provide a specialist service to improve school attendance and punctuality at Windsor Olympus Academy in line with the vision and values of Windsor Academy Trust. You’ll need the commitment and passion and energy to make our vision for Olympus a reality in the local community. Olympus is our brand new free school that opened in Sandwell in September 2023, recruiting 180 students from Sandwell and Birmingham. The school caters for students aged 11 to 16. It opened with Year-7 students only, as a six-form entry school. Olympus will grow year-on-year to provide education for 900 students after five years. Windsor Olympus Academy will create the right environment for young people to flourish, igniting their passion and love of learning, enabling them to thrive academically.
