You'll play a key role in our Colchester City Centre branch, focusing on hitting targets and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll be responsible for business generation, conducting viewings and building strong relationships with buyers and sellers to achieve the best results. Duties
* Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
* Working towards and exceeding personal and team sales targets
* Conduct viewings of residential properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support throughout the selling process.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation.
* A team player with a winning mindset and hunger for customer service.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A full drivers licence is required due to the nature of property viewings.
