The Role As a Finance and Governance Lead with the RMA, you’ll be part of our small supportive Business Team and have lead responsibility for the effective performance of corporate governance, finance, and human resource processes. You’ll be making sure the RMA is compliant with public body legislation, systems of good governance, and finance. In this role you’ll support business planning activities, and associated reporting, plus you’ll lead the development and maintenance of relevant control systems. As Finance & Governance Lead, you’ll be part of our Leadership Team, and be expected to provide assurance, identify risks, and use appropriate escalation processes. You should have a knowledge of financial and statutory processes, corporate governance and freedom of information and HR processes. Experience in producing financial reports and developing strategies in both a financial and corporate governance context essential.
