As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Projects Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role

As a Projects Co-ordinator, you will provide vital project support to key initiatives and schemes within our Roads and Highways qualifications and training area.

Working closely with the Head of Industry Partnerships and the Project Manager (PM), you will support the planning and delivery of both existing and new highways-related projects.

You will co-ordinate the Bridge Inspector Certification Scheme (BICS) and the Austroads Safety Hardware Training and Accreditation Scheme (ASHTAS), ensuring both programmes continue to deliver a high-quality service to external stakeholders.

Collaborating with the PM, you will help to identify and develop opportunities for income generation and growth within the Roads and Highways sector.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide Secretariat services for Sector Schemes and related projects
- Assist with maintaining and updating scheme platforms and systems
- Support website updates to promote and grow the schemes

About You

To be considered as our Projects Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Proven experience in a project co-ordination role
- An understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a business environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong ability to self-organise, work unsupervised on own initiative, and co-ordinate projects to ensure timely delivery of outcomes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- To be an experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
