Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a driven Business Development Manager to their sales team.
Key Responsibilities 75% new business development on a win and retain basis 25% cross-sell and upsell into existing accounts Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close Collaborate with pre-sales engineers on complex infrastructure and cloud projects Advise clients and provide quotations for project requirements Attend face-to-face client meetings as appropriate Manage supplier relationships and negotiate costs Hit monthly and quarterly gross profit targets Required Minimum 3 years' IT sales experience at an IT reseller or MSP Proven track record of target achievement Target-driven, ambitious, and hungry to earn Genuine interest in IT and technology Positive, self-motivated, hunter mentality Commutable to Oxford Beneficial Skills Consultative, solution-based sales approach High-level sales experience with any of the following: Sophos, Dell, HP, VMware, VEEAM, Microsoft/Azure What Our Client Is Offering Base salary £40,000
- £45,000 Uncapped commission
