Responsibilities:
* Employee onboarding and offboarding
* Assisting with recruitment
* Driving employee engagement initiatives across a regional business
* Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations cases, absence management, and training
Experience required:
1. HR assistant/co-ordinator/administrator level experience
2. Some exposure to employee relations - grievances/disciplinaries/investigations
3. UK Employment law knowledge out into practice - for example assisting to draw up policies and procedures
4. Strong communication skills, able to build relationships across a regional business
5. Able to drive, with use of a car - occasional travel across the UK is required
6. Preferred - CIPD Level 3 or above/...
