We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager who loves hospitality If you're confident leading a team, enjoy running events, and know your way around a bar, we'd love to meet you
What you'll be doing:
* Leading shifts and keeping service running smoothly
* Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operations
* Helping plan and run events and tap takeovers
* Sharing your knowledge of craft beer and cocktails
* Coaching the team to deliver brilliant, friendly service
* Keeping on top of stock, cellar, and compliance
What we're looking for:
* Experience running events (preferably)
* Strong cocktail and craft beer knowledge (preferably)
* Previous bar supervisory or assistant management experience (necessary)
* Confident, proactive, and great with people (necessary)
* Available evenings and weekends (necessary)
