Female Mental Health Support Navigator
Location: Bristol
Hours: 37.5 and x1 sleep in shift a week (sleep in optional)
Salary: £31,155.54 per annum including sleep ins
Contract: Temp to perm
Requirement: UK Driving license
Embark on an exciting journey with a leading mental health charity as a Support Navigator! In this dynamic contract role, you'll be the guiding light for individuals navigating the complexities of community-based services. You will be working directly with complex mental health issues, with the optional opportunity to pick up either 1 or 2 sleep-in shifts a week. The annual salary is based on full-time hours and 1x sleep in per week.

Standout Highlights:
Manage a caseload of service users with complex mental health needs, and neurodivergence.
Collaboratively create, update, and review risk assessments and support plans.
Support with crisis intervention & management.
Work in the community across x2 services and sometimes within people’s homes. Preferred Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with service users, colleagues, and external support providers.
Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex systems and find solutions.
Empathy and compassion to provide a caring and supportive experience.
Familiarity with community-based services and resources.
Proficiency in data management and record-keeping. Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience in a social service, healthcare, or community-based role.
Experience working with individuals with a diverse range of mental health diagnoses.
Demonstrated commitment to advocating for underserved populations
