We're Hiring: Helpdesk Support Technician – Payments
Adflex is growing — and we're looking for a Helpdesk Support Technician to join our Service Support team.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our business customers, logging, triaging, and tracking technical support tickets related to our card processing services. You'll play a key role in ensuring issues are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally.
We're looking for someone who’s:
Exceptionally detail-oriented
Great with customers over the phone and via email
Organised under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
Experienced in helpdesk or technical support (1+ year)
Key responsibilities:
? Accurately log and prioritise incoming tickets
? Triage issues and escalate where needed
? Communicate with customers throughout the support process
? Support account setup and closure
? Collaborate with internal teams and improve support workflows
