LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority shared service based in Cambridgeshire for a locum planning lawyer on a temporary basis, beginning with a 3-month contract to start as soon as possible.
Please note this is a part-time role of either 3 or 4 days per week.
This client is seeking an experienced planning lawyer who can work on section 106 agreements confidently. It would be beneficial if you are also able to cover planning committee very occasionally.
This role will be hybrid/remote with occasional meetings and/or training required in the office. Otherwise, home working is available.
To apply you will be:

* An England and Wales qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive with minimum 2 years’ PQE Able to demonstrate previous experience handling a caseload of s.106 agreements in a local government environment Able to attend the office in Cambridgeshire when required Available on no more than a 2-week notice period
The salary guidance from the client for this role is up to £50-£60/hour umbrella dependent on experience.
