Servers are responsible for serving all our guests, delivering a high standard of service, and creating an exceptional Italian experience.
You will be responsible for taking guest orders, general housekeeping of the restaurant area, serving food and drinks, and sharing your passion. You will work closely with other team members both front and back of house and follow established health and safety standards.

Areas of Responsibility
* Taking Guest Orders: Responsible for taking guest orders, suggesting products, and upselling.
* Serving Food and Drinks: Ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience by following service criteria.
* Use of POS Systems and Cash Handling: Processing orders through POS and handling payments both cash and card.
* Cleaning Duties: Performing daily and weekly cleaning to maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards.
* Champion of Lucia: Acting as a brand ambassador and embodying Lucia and Woo.
* Sales and Incentives: Upselling using your passion and knowledge, increasing spend per head, and participating in company incentives.
