Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Site Coordinator (SCO) to support the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of large-scale construction projects. The Site Coordinator manages administrative and coordination activities on site and acts as a central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders involved in project execution.
The role reports functionally to Site Management and disciplinarily to the Back Office Team Lead. You will play a critical role in daily planning, coordination, reporting, and communication, ensuring site operations align with company procedures, policies, and safety standards.
Mission of the Function
The Site Coordinator contributes directly to the safe execution of projects on site on behalf of Site Management. You will support daily planning and execution within assigned areas and functions of the construction site and ensure effective collaboration between site teams, visitors, clients, subcontractors, and the back office.
You are authorised to make corrections, changes, or rejections within your scope of responsibility to ensure compliance with SGRE procedures, policies, and quality standards.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Collect, verify, consolidate, and distribute data and reports (e.g. DPRs, KPI reports, vendor reports, time registration overviews, crew change lists)
Monitor reports for accuracy and compliance, providing feedback to data owners where deviations occur
Arrange and manage transport and accommodation for site personnel in line with project-specific transport concepts
Organise and coordinate crew changes based on manning plans, producing crew change manifests in defined formats
Coordinate with Site Management and Marine Coordinators and maintain up-to-date transport manifests
Act as first point of contact for site personnel and visitors, including reception duties, reporting, data entry, visitor logs, and telephone handling
Organise, coordinate, and support on-site meetings, including preparing, distributing, and filing meeting minutes
Maintain and update personnel records, certificates, qualifications, and training details in internal or customer systems after validation
Track office supplies and place orders when required
Execute general site administrative activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies
Actively support Environment, Health & Safety requirements, including participation in toolbox talks and safety initiatives
Assist and train colleagues where required

Skills, Competencies & Experience

Advanced IT skills (MS Outlook, Office 365: Word, Excel, OneDrive)
Experience using SAP

Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Interest in construction projects and the wind turbine / renewable energy industry
Qualifications & Background
Professional:
Proven experience as an office administrator, business administrator, or administrative assistant
Qualifications in secretarial studies or business administration are advantageousProject / Process:
Familiarity with office management procedures
Experience within construction projects, ideally Offshore Wind, is preferredIntercultural:
