* Shift Type : 40 hours per week (shift work as and when required - weekends included)
What we offer
* Rate of pay: £24.36 per hour (Equivalent to £45,668.80 per annum)
* Hours: 40 hours per week (shift work as and when required - weekends included)

Your responsibilities
As Deputy Manager, you’ll be a key part of the home’s leadership team, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure clinical excellence, lead by example on the floor, and provide mentorship and support to our team of dedicated carers and nurses.
* Balance your time between delivering hands-on care and overseeing the clinical governance of the home.
* Audit care plans, support with training, liaise with external professionals, and step in during emergencies.
* Maintaining residents’ wellbeing as the top priority and building a warm, open culture where people feel heard, respected, and supported.
Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for a nurse-qualified leader (RGN / RMN) who’s ready to step into a broader leadership position. You might be a Senior Nurse looking for the next step, or an existing Deputy Manager seeking a service where you can make a bigger impact.
